We are a small family farm in the Brisbane Valley, North West of Brisbane in Queensland. Our cattle are our pride and joy and we take a great deal of care in their breeding, management and marketing. Luckily for us, we have been enjoying Premium Beef out of our paddocks for a long time. Queensland Natural Beef was started because we wanted to take a more active role in who ate our meat. We understand that people are looking to have a greater understanding of what they eat - where it comes from, how it is grown and how the environment is impacted in the whole process. Transparency is important to us too. All the meat you eat from Queensland Natural Beef is fully traceable - that's how it should be.
We also believe strongly in grass-fed, natural beef. Our cattle are free range - free to herd as is there natural instinct; feed on what grasses they choose and drink water where they choose. Basically, the cattle run the place around here! We treat our animals with care and respect.
Shane and I both lead busy lives and appreciate more than ever convenience. We decided that good old fashioned home delivery of our product was what you would like too. Your order will be delivered by either one or both of us, direct to your home or work - no charge.
In mid 2009,we purchased a small, country butcher shop in Kilcoy. The butcher shop enables us to have complete control from the farm all the way trhough to butchering and packaging. We also cure and smoke all our small goods on site and offer a large range of gluten fee sausages. The butcher shop is open 7 days from 7am. Call in and say GDay sometime.
