Overview
I must confess that we normally dont sell neck chops in the shop as I nab them each week to make my hot curry.
However, the business is growing and we get in more lambs each week, plus it doesnt seem fair that I get them all.
These are not for a quick meal - long and slow is the cooking method for these tasty gems.
Happy to give you my curry recipe if you wish. I also make lamb ragu with them to go over pasta.
