Overview
A lovely, tasty chicken sausage made only of chicken - natural hormone & steroid free chicken at that.
Gluten free and very lean.
Also available in a 5kg pack.
These chicken sausages are lovely served in a long bread roll with lettuce, mayonaise and tomato or
diced up, pan fried with bacon, shallots, garlic & semi-dried tomatoes and when just cooked, add some chicken stock
and a touch of sour lite cream to thicken and serve over pasta. I serve our home grown asparagus on the side.
