No bone, and rolled into a nice uniform shape to make it simpler to cook and carve.
You can still achieve a nice crackling too. The trick is a hot over, lots and lots of sea salt on the skin, rub in olive oil
and cook uncovered for at least 30minutes until the skin crackles. Then turn the oven down and cook as normal.
